A
gear assembly consists the joint involvement of pairs of driving or driven
gears. Gear assembly is induced to build or provide the rotational force
between the driving or driven gears which are the components of the gear
assembly. There are different types of gear assemblies. These different
types depend upon the nature of the assembled gears in the assembly. While
assembling any gear assembly, the ratio by the distance should be given a
reasonable care. The distance ratio is determined between the point of
contact of the gears and the distance of the gears from theirs respective
center. For example, if the distance of the first gear is twice than the
diameter of the second one, then the ratio is taken as 2:1. The fixed ratio
should be maintained, because this enables in ensuring the fixed speed of
the entire gear assembly. | · Gearboxes · Gear Actuator · Gear Axle · Gear Couplings · Gearbox Housing · Gear Mandrel |
